Tasting note
Deep ruby red. Peppery, fruity on the nose. In the mouth, oriental spices, black cassis berries and a touch of salt. The vines come from the plots of Banyuls, but the wine is dry without mutage.
Vinification
After de-stemming the grapes, a 20-day maceration took place. The aging took place in barriques for 11 months.
