This dominant Cabernet Sauvignon 2015 — La Croix Ducru-Beaucaillou Saint-Julien crowns every festive meal with elegance and finesse. In the north of the city of Bordeaux, there are gravelly, calcareous soils, which offer the winemaker from the French winery Château Ducru-Beaucaillou everything he needs to live out his craft and produce a wine for discerning connoisseurs. The Flaschenpöstler promise a culinary experience when you offer this Cabernet Sauvignon with ribeye steak or Gruyère burger.

Tasting note
The fruity scent spectrum of La Croix Ducru-Beaucaillou Saint-Julien of fruit compote, spices and tobacco shows aromatic complexity and a great deal of finesse. The dominant notes of black cherry, black plum and black pepper shape their individual texture. A fruity red wine with a strong body and dominant acidity, which pleasantly develops its individual structure with finely developed tannins on the tongue and on the palate. This top wine received the prize: Robert Parker: 93/100, James Suckling: 94/100, Neal Martin: 93/100.
Culinary recommendation
Our recommendation: The perfect drinking temperature for the red wine is a slightly chilled temperature of 16°-18°C. The following period is the ideal period for enjoying this wine: Now until 2029.
