Tasting note
The varietal La Fleur Pomeaux proves to be a juicy, round dense wine with a fruity-sweet note in the elegant finish. On the nose, you can discover dark chocolate, nougat, vanilla and mint. Beautifully matured with fine, elegant tannins.

Goes well with dark meats such as beef or game, as well as aged cheeses.
Vinification
This wine is the second wine of Château Pomeaux and is aged in the new French barrique for about 20 months.
