Tasting note
A long, elegant, peaty finish with lots of salt and seaweed. Intense aroma, peat smoke with iodine and seaweed and a rich, deep sweetness. Dry peat smoke fills the palate with a gentle yet strong sweetness, followed by sea and salt with a touch of wood.
Culinary recommendation
It is best enjoyed in a traditional whiskey glass, pure or with a little still water. Room temperature water can bring out the hidden aromas and flavors of whiskey, making it softer and easier to drink.
