Tasting note
Le Grand Rouge is Peter Fischer's showhorse, his Proud. The yields from organically cultivated It keeps vines extremely low, dispenses with Pure yeast, fining and filtration and allows the mature young wine in barriques for approx. 18 months before he bottles it.
