About the wine
This 100% Cabernet Franc expresses the vitality of the clayey and calcareous soils on which it was created and the whole personality of the Breton vines. Wrapped in a dark robe, it reveals discreet aromas of fruit and licorice.

Tasting note
Strong ruby red with bright reflections. On the nose, aromas of ripe cherries, wild berries, blackberries and plums. Complex and full of structure on the palate with notes of cherries, spices, pepper, cinnamon, wild berries and chocolate. Well-integrated tannins and long aftertaste.
Culinary recommendation
Goes wonderfully with hearty dishes, game, barbecues, lamb and strong hard cheese.
