Tasting note
Brilliant ruby red with peppery and spicy aromas on the nose. On the palate, it is fresh, lively and charming. The fruity and volcanic-mineral components complement each other perfectly. With moderate tannins and crunchy acidity, a wine that perfectly complements a variety of gastronomic creations.

Vinification
