This sparkling wine impresses on the nose with fine aromas of quince and ripe apple. On the palate, a beautiful and long-lasting perlage with good freshness and a nice structure is beguiling. The aftertaste is wonderfully long and complex without being strained. This sparkling wine is a worthy alternative to the classics from Champagne.
