Tasting note
Color: Medium ruby red with violet reflections. Aroma: Nice fruit and youthful freshness. Notes of red berries such as blackcurrants, raspberries and cherries. Character: The aroma of the red berries is repeated, fresh acidity combined with ripe tannins, an excellent Blauburgunder typical of the variety.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with Bündner meat specialities, capuns, mild half-hearted cheeses, veal and poultry.
