Tasting note
This wine impresses with its bright and rich ruby red, its fruity aromas of strawberry, raspberry and some cherry with a typical spicy Pinot Noir note. It is fresh, fruity, round and very elegant. A structured and smooth Blauburgunder from our beautiful region.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with light meat dishes, vegetarian cuisine, z'vieriplättli and cheese.
Vinification
After harvesting, the grapes are carefully pressed in the winery in Liestal and fermented in modern temperature-controlled fermentation tanks after a maceration period. The expansion takes place in steel tanks.
