About the wine
The Finca Ambrosia winery is located in Gualtallary near Mendoza. With the support of the well-known terroir expert Pedro Parra, the cultivation of the soil and the vines was refined to obtain the best quality from the grapes. Robert Parker already rated the first vintage of the young winery with 95 points, which gave an idea of the potential of the following vintages.

Tasting note
Malbec smells intensely of dark berries, cassis, blackberries, blueberries, cherries, plums, vanilla and cedarwood with a slight peppery note. The palate is beautifully full-bodied and with good concentration without being overloaded. The fresh acidity is perfectly integrated and gives the wine a harmonious juiciness, which, together with the intense, long finish, rounds off the wine.
Culinary recommendation
Our recommendation: Drink this red wine at a slightly chilled 15°-18°C. Flaschenpöstler recommend this Malbec Vina Unica for meatballs with tomato sauce, curry and game.
