About the wine

ProprietarioThe skins on the must macerate for 13 days at a temperature of 25 °C. After pressing, the wine is malolactic fermentation in wooden barrels. The wine stays here for about a further 12 months.

Tasting note
The intense red, the softness and the very long-lasting fruity note — everything is reminiscent of a sour cherry (Italian: amarena).
