Tasting note
The Marquis de Talandier Bordeaux is deep ruby red. On the nose, aromas of ripe red fruits such as cherries and plums develop, accompanied by subtle notes of spices and vanilla. On the palate, it has a balanced structure with soft tannins and a pleasant freshness. The aftertaste is harmonious and persistent.
Culinary recommendation
It goes well with grilled meat, poultry dishes and medium-strength cheese.
Vinification
The grapes are carefully picked by hand and classically vinified. After fermentation, the wine ages in oak barrels.
