Tasting note
Beautiful, intense, almost purple dark red. Extraordinarily fruity, small wild berries, fiery pepper. Nice structure, full-bodied, wonderfully spicy tannins, rich.

It goes well with chestnut stuffed turkey, juniper sauce for rabbits, braised red meat, lamb, game and soft cheese.
