Tasting note
Pale golden yellow. Citrus fruit, white flowers and distinctive minerality on the nose. Elegant and precise on the palate, with an intense and long finish. Very good storage potential.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with paella, fish, seafood
Vinification
Vinified in wooden barrels, then aged for 9 months in 500-liter wooden barrels on fine yeast.
