Once again, notes of ripe dark berries and spicy notes of tobacco, vanilla and toast dominate, with the roasted notes of French oak maturing perfectly with the ripe fruit notes. The tannins are pleasantly soft even when young and the aftertaste is long and impressive. 47% Cabernet Sauvignon, 23% Merlot, 23% Petit Verdot and 7% Cabernet Franc.
