About the wine
If you want to surprise a wine connoisseur, then with this dominant Cabernet Sauvignon 2013 — Monteti IGT! Blooming and fertile Tuscan landscapes give us these grapes, from which the winemaker from the Italian winery Monteti conjures up this red wine with refinement and experience. The Flaschenpöstler promise a culinary experience when you offer this Cabernet Sauvignon with ribeye steak or red meat.
Tasting note
The color is a dense purple. The extremely intense bouquet is complex, with the present roasted aromas flowing seamlessly into the lush fruit. Full and wide in taste, with a strong yet accessible structure. Velvety and aromatic finish, long aftertaste.

Vinification
The grapes are vinified separately. The temperature-controlled fermentation takes 20-22 days. The wine is then moved to 70% new and 30% used barriques, where it is left to rest for 12 months (still separated by type). After blending, the wine is stored in barriques for a further six months. After bottling, the Monteti is left in the bottle for around 24 months.
