About the wine
The winemaker from the French winery François Chidaine has absolutely mastered his craft. Elegance and finesse are the characteristics of this white wine, which originates in the sunny and picturesque Loire countryside. If you want to surprise a wine connoisseur, then with this powerful Chenin Blanc 2015 — Montlouis Les Bournais sec! Tasting note
In contrast to the other wines from François Chidaine, the bouquet is initially rather subdued, characterized by the scent of Mediterranean herbs such as thyme, rosemary and mint. On the palate, the wine is dry and very juicy with a spicy and bitter taste, which is infused with a fine note reminiscent of honey and sun-ripened apricots. Our tip: Decant the wine at least half an hour before you enjoy it!

Flaschenpöstler-Tipp: Montlouis Les Bournais sec passt ideal zu Salzstangen, Fleischbällchen an Tomatensauce und Blätterteiggebäck. Unsere Empfehlung: Der Bio-Weisswein schmeckt am besten bei leicht gekühlten 10°-12°C.
