Tasting note
On the nose, there are distinct hints of red fruits with blackberry and raspberry compote. The taste is enveloping and silky, followed by lively notes of sweet pepper and spices. The aftertaste is juicy with velvety tannins.

Flaschenpöstler-Tipp: Mosaico DOC Bolgheri Rosso passt bestens zu leicht scharfem, rotem Fleisch, Geflügel und Ente. Unsere Empfehlung: Der Rotwein schmeckt am besten bei leicht gekühlten 16°-19°C. Im folgenden Zeitraum liegt die empfohlene Genussphase dieses Weins: 5 bis 8 Jahre.
Vinification
Die Vinifikation fand wie folgt statt: Traditionelle Maischegärung mit anschliessendem Ausbau in neuen französischen Barriques während 12 Monaten.
