Tasting note
Dark cherry red with purple reflections. In the aroma black currants and black cherries, molasses, cedarwood and vanilla. A great wine with a well-built body, fleshy and concentrated. One of California's best wines.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with baked duck breast, lamb, grilled beef. Goes well with the big table. An excellent accompaniment to red meat (roast beef, beef fillet), game, grilled meats and spicy cheese.
Vinification
The expansion took place in steel tanks.
