Tasting note
Delicate golden yellow. Fine spicy scents of Moskat, Grapefruit and White Pepper combined with the scent of ripe peaches create a very harmonious aroma. With a balanced structure with lively acidity, this delicate and elegant wine is convincing.

Vinification
Harvest and grape selection by hand, gently pressing and clarifying the must from the turbid substances through natural sedimentation: slow fermentation at controlled temperature in stainless steel tanks, storage and maturation for 5 to 7 months on fine yeast in steel tanks.
