Tasting note
Delicate bouquet of white flowers and green apple. Distinctive and racy on the palate. Typical variety with a popular, sparkling note.

It is the ideal aperitif wine, it accompanies hors d'oeuvres very well, but has a special affinity for fish dishes, white meat and fondues. with white wine sauce.
