About the wine
This cuvée represents Michel Gassier's search for elegance, purity, softness and terroir typicality. It is an homage to the region and the exceptional beauty of the country. In order to express the complexity of the terroir, the grapes are harvested at the right maturity, carefully selected, minimally aged in wood and blended with all five grape varieties in the appelation. During the entire process, there is as little interference with nature as possible in order to preserve the original character of the terroir.

Tasting note
The nose of this Costières de Nîmes delights with lots of cherry fruit and ripe berries, plus garrigue herbs, pepper and dark chocolate. Already very accessible on the palate and pleasantly full-bodied with ripe, soft tannins. Exciting aroma density on a long finish.
Culinary recommendation
Unsere Empfehlung: Geniessen Sie diesen Bio-Rotwein bei leicht gekühlten 15°-18°C. Der Wein sollte in diesem Zeitraum genossen werden: 2016 - 2018. Flaschenpöstler-Tipp: Nostre Pais rouge AOP Costieres de Nimes passt perfekt zu Wild, geröstetem Gemüse und Barbecue.
