About the wine
An elegant and harmonious Premier Cru from Pommard, which impressively showcases the finesse of Pinot Noir and the terroir of the Côte de Beaune.

Tasting note
The wine is deep ruby red. Aromas of black cherry, nutmeg and pepper develop on the nose. On the palate, it has a generous and smooth texture with silky tannins. A pommard with a rather gentle character.
Culinary recommendation
Ideal with red meat dishes in sauce, game, game, most cheeses and desserts with dark chocolate.
Vinification
After manual harvesting, the grapes are completely destemmed and subjected to 17-day cold maceration. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks, followed by a 16-month aging in oak barrels, 30% of which are new.
