In der Nase intensive Aromen von exotischen Früchten (Ananas, Passionsfrucht),\ Zitrusfrüchten und Buchsbaum. Ein eleganter und subtiler Verdejo mit viel Körper, Struktur und harmonischem, saftigen Abgang.
Vinification
Manuelle Ernte in der Nacht. Kalte Mazeration für fünf Stunden bei 10 Grad. Danach Reifung für rund sechs Monate auf der Feinhefe.
