About the wine
Give yourself joy for the senses with the delicious Pernand Vergelesses 1Cru-IlesVergelesses A.O.C. from 2014! It draws its strength and energy from the calcareous, loamy soils in Burgundy. The winemaker from the French winery Domaine Chandon de Briailles transforms it into a real treat with great emotion.

Tasting note
Sous Frétille could best be translated as less fertile or perhaps more aptly as very closed. The highest and barren location in Pernard-Vergelesses at just under 350m always produces very closed, elegant Chardonnays. The lime-rich soil gives the wine a great saltiness on the palate and a great length.
