Tasting note
The refreshing scent spectrum of blackberry, bread and jam shows a complex aroma character and plenty of culinary potential. The dominant notes of blackcurrant and chocolate create its individual texture. With subdued, pleasantly developed tannins, medium-bodied and dominant acidity, this fruity red wine presents its flawless quality.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with red meat, beef and beef tenderloin, lamb and lamb gigot, racy pork meat dishes, steak, roasts, strong pasta, ripe mountain cheese.
