About the wine
Cave Emery is a family business with a long tradition. The vineyards are located in the best wine regions in Central Valais. They are particularly gentle with nature and are consciously committed to integrated production. The use of non-natural means is kept to the strict minimum.
Tasting note
This elegant white wine impresses with delicate aromas of peach, quince, pear and floral notes of linden blossom, plus a touch of exotic fruit. On the palate, it shows a nice initial sweetness, a pleasant freshness and a very soft, smooth and round body, crowned by a pleasant finish.
Culinary recommendation
Unsere Empfehlung: Der Weisswein schmeckt am besten bei leicht gekühlten 10°-12°C. Zu Hartkäse, Tapas und Pulpo empfehlen Ihnen die Flaschenpöstler diesen Pinot blanc du Valais AOC L'Ampélopsis.
