Tasting note
In the glass, this Plan de Dieu is almost black in color. Ripe fruit on the nose and full, harmonious on the palate, with balanced tannin and good persistence.

Goes well with game, beef, mushrooms, grilled meats, fine pieces of meat
Vinification
Sorted hand picking, selective untrapping. Traditional vinification of 25-30 days with several cycles to accelerate the extraction of dyes and tannins from the berry skins. The wine is then aged in concrete for 12 months.
