Elegance and finesse are the characteristics of this white wine, which originates in the picturesque and sunny landscape of the Alentejo.

Tasting note
Presents itself in a straw-like yellow color. Fully ripe fruit, with white peach, some pear, delicate citrus notes and pineapple. Juicy on the palate, a bit exotic, plus good structure and finesse. The finish is complex and stylish.
Vinification
Hand picked in 25kg boxes, the grapes are completely destemmed, cold sedimentation of the must for 24 hours, at a temperature of 5ºC. Pre-clarified musts are fermented with pure-bred yeasts at a temperature of 14°C in stainless steel tanks and then naturally cold-stabilized
