Tasting note
Deep garnet red. Fresh aromas of red fruits with fine woody notes. Very fresh and full on the palate with soft tannins and balanced acidity
Culinary recommendation
Very good with light and dark meats, grilled meats, game and mature cheese
Vinification
The grapes are picked manually, stemmed and carefully squeezed. Fermentation then follows at 25° C. This wine is then aged for 13 months in 400l French oak barrels
