About the wine
Founded in 1849 by Albert Brenot in Savigny-lès-Beaune, Doudet-Naudin is one of the oldest houses in Burgundy. It was purchased by the Doudet family in 1933. Christophe Rochet, the current managing director, has committed himself to carrying on the values of this renowned Maison to a new generation. Doudet-Naudin owns 12 hectares, 1 hectare of Grand Cru location. You also have the monopoly as the sole producer of a white Savigny Les Beaune 1er Cru.

Tasting note
Pale golden yellow. Pineapple, peach and almond aromas. Very balanced and fresh on the palate. Vivid and rich. Long, wide finish.
Culinary recommendation
It goes very well with fried chicken, grilled fish, veal terrine, pâté or with a camembert or brie de meaux.
Vinification
Der Pouilly-Fuisse AOC wurde im Edelstahltank ausgebaut.
