Bio
Tasting note
A Pouilly Fumé couldn't be more classic. The grapes for this wine come exclusively from Silex soils and are aged in used barriques for 18 months in accordance with the phases of the moon. Coupled with the great acidity and smoky note of the Silex soil, it is certainly a long-distance runner and something to surprise.
