About the wine
With experience and intuition, the winemaker from the Spanish winery Bodegas Prieto Pariente masters this white wine in the picturesque and beautiful landscape of the Duero Valley (Castilla y Leon). With this discreet white wine 2017 — Prieto Pariente Viognier, the term taste takes on a new meaning. Culinary tip from Flaschenpost team: This viognier can be served very well with fondue or potatoes.
Tasting note
Yellow with green reflections in the glass. The nose has a fruity aroma with hints of apricot and peach. Dense, voluminous with pleasant acidity. The wine is fresh and at the same time very complex.

Vinification
Spontaneous fermentation. 1/3 of the wine is aged in steel tanks, concrete eggs and 300-liter oak barrels. It matures for 6 months.
