About the wine
The grapes come from vines over 25 years old, grown as Alberello (sapling) and are harvested at the beginning of September. The Càntele family founded the company in 1979. With constant quality research, the family has gained an important position for the company among the wineries and wineries of Salento and has been able to assert itself permanently on the foreign markets. The company's philosophy is to produce the best grapes in order to meet its own ambitious goals.
Tasting note
Dark, almost purple-red in color. The bouquet has pronounced spicy (juniper) and mulberry notes. Powerful, long finale.
Culinary recommendation
Perfect for hearty meat and game dishes as well as hard cheeses.
Vinification
The expansion took place in steel tanks.
