With the provocative Grenache 2012 — Priorat DOCa Gine Gine, you can offer your family and friends something very special. The winemaker from the Buil & Giné winery greets us with this wine, which he grows in the countryside. Flaschenpost team tip: Combine this grenache with vegetables or spicy food.
Tasting note
Die verspielten Aromen des Priorat DOCa Gine Gine von roter Pflaume, Gewürznelke und Backpflaume drücken viel Komplexität mit einer ganz besonderen Struktur aus. Als Nächstes zeigen die verspielten Nuancen von roter Kirsche und Zimt ihren eigenen Charakter. Ein Rotwein mit kräftigem Körper und markanter Säure, welcher harmonisch mit fein ausgebauten Tanninen auf Zunge und im Gaumen seine individuelle Struktur entfaltet.

Vinification
The grape varieties are fermented separately at low temperatures for a long time and in a controlled manner in stainless steel tanks. After the subsequent malolactic fermentation, the wines are blended and bottled.
