About the wine

The winemaker from the Italian winery Velenosi Ercole Vitivinicola Ascoli Piceno masteres this white wine with sensitivity and intuition in the blooming and sunny landscape of Abruzzo. Tasting note
Straw yellow color with slight green reflections. Immediately intense on the nose, complex scent, white flowers and peach. Fresh, fruity and lively. Rich and soft. Well-balanced and long-lasting.

Vinification
Cool fermentation for approx. 15 hours. Aging the wine in concrete barrels at a low temperature. The wine is then stored on fine yeast for 2-3 months.
