About the wine

The winery was founded by the father of the current owner Carlo Biasotto at the beginning of the 20th century. The company mainly produces sparkling wine. Carlo Biasotto and his wife are both studied oenologists.

Bouquet of apples and acacia trees and peaches. Fresh and harmonious on the palate. Very nice prosecco,

Goes well with aperitifs, fish dishes, white meat dishes and cheese.
Vinification
This Prosecco is made from high-quality grapes from the Valdobbiadene area and is entirely in line with Foss Marai's style. Fermentation takes place in a pressure tank.
