About the wine
Venegazzù has made a name for itself in the middle of the Montello area, north of Venice, with important red wines: Della Casa and Capo di Stato. The traditional winery with the local grape Prosecco/Glera is enjoying growing success.

Tasting note
The Prosecco Superiore Brut from Venegazzù is sparkling fresh with lively aromas of flowers and fruits. It excites and flatters the palate at the same time and is therefore a great pleasure!

Vinification
It is the grape from which the enchanting sparkling wine is made in this region, using the Charmat process. In this case, the second fermentation takes place in a closed tank, in contrast to champagne, which is known to ferment in bottles. The carbon dioxide remains trapped in this way and thanks to a special bottling technology, the sparkling wine is bottled with all its vivacity.
