About the wine
The flint is reminiscent of the deep minerality of a wine, which is sometimes toasted and spontaneously contains fresh butter. Age brings the Chassagne-Montrachet Les Benoîtes appellation to notes of honey or ripe pears. Very lively and often opulent, his start is very lively. On the palate, the fat harmonizes with its softness in a long-lasting way.
