Tasting note
Expressive nose with aromas of red and blue berries, ripe black cherries and cassis. Quite spicy, with dried herbs, a little black pepper, plus a fine bitter chocolate-mint touch. With good, drinkable freshness, elegant, with velvety tannins and finely spicy graphite notes on the long finish.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with grilled lamb or Iberico pork with herbs and garlic, (Spanish) rice pan with spicy sausages, pasta dishes with mushrooms and game dishes.
