Tasting note
Rosé de Maceration with the crushed grapes standing for around 12 hours. The nose shows a lot of Pinot typicality. Aromas of red berries, sour cherries, cherry juice and some gala apple, subtly interspersed with fine floral notes. Even on the palate, “berry-vinous” with nice extract sweetness and well-supporting, crisp freshness.
Culinary recommendation
Both as a charmingly vinous aperitif and with stronger dishes, such as hand-cut tartare, terrines and pies, as well as with paella and other “seafood dishes”.
