Bio
Tasting note
Pale yellow with golden hues. On the nose, a very youthful freshness with citrus aromas, fine herbal and slightly creamy brioche notes. Subtle, fresh and balanced on the palate. A fine, elegant perlage.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with pizza, paella, mushrooms.
Vinification
The base wine is vinified in steel tanks. After assemblage, bottle fermentation takes place in a horizontal position for at least 30 months. The date of “disgorgement” (removal of fine yeast) is printed individually on each bottle.
