About the wine
The winemaker from the Italian winery Marco Secondo has absolutely mastered his craft. Style and finesse are the characteristics of this red wine, which originates in the fertile and flourishing landscape in Veneto. Tasting note
Intense ruby red. Scent of cherries, raspberries and chocolate. Soft in taste and very velvety.
Culinary recommendation
This sweet dessert wine is very suitable with cakes, dry pastries (cantucci), desserts of all kinds.
Vinification
After manual harvesting and strict selection of the grapes, they are left to dry for around 140 days. This is followed by fermentation on the grape skins for 20 days. The aging takes place for 18 months in barrels and 6 months in the bottle.
