About the wine
The fertile and blooming landscapes of Friuli give us these grapes, from which the winemaker from the Italian winery Bosco del Merlo conjures up this white wine with refinement and experience. With the special Ribolla Gialla from 2018, you will positively surprise your friends.
Tasting note
The wine is bright straw yellow in the glass. The scent is sweet, with notes of wild flowers and white peaches. The taste is soft, enveloping and balanced, with a mineral component supported by a spicy taste and a long aftertaste.

Vinification
After a short maceration process, the must is gently separated from the skins. Fermentation takes place at a low temperature in stainless steel tanks, followed by a long refining process on the yeasts before bottling.
