About the wine
The winemaker from the French winery Zind-Humbrecht grows this wine in the Alsace countryside. With the biting white wine 2014 — Riesling ac Clos Hauserer, you can offer your family and friends something very special. Tasting note
Very expressive bouquet already with notes of tire. Elegant, delicate body, appears round, but the finish is determined by strong acidity. Great lager wine.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with freshwater fish, poultry, soft cheese and asparagus.
Vinification
This location provides a regular yield of very high quality. Fermentation is allowed time and the wines are left on the lees for at least 6 months. Bottling takes place between 12 and 24 months after harvesting.
