About the wine
You can describe nature in Lower Austria with words such as hilly or mountainous. However, the Austrian winery Muthenthaler is trying to express the beauty of its homeland with this white wine. We think he succeeded! If you want to surprise a wine connoisseur, then with this outstanding white wine 2021 — Riesling Dreivierteltakt! Tasting note
The nose seduces with ripe apricots, some honeydew melons and delicate cyrus notes; on the palate, the fine residual sweetness is surrounded by the sparkling acidity that results in a vibrating backbone with a long-lasting finish.
Culinary recommendation
The perfect companion for Aperos in combination with salty snacks, puff pastry or all types of hors d'oeuvres. It also goes very well with sweet/sour Asian cuisine.
