Tasting note
A strong bouquet of peach, apricot, quince and pear rises to the nose in this shiny yellow white wine, plus floral notes of violet. The fruit is also very present on the palate, and the wine is slightly sparkling, beautifully fresh, soft, full-bodied and very harmonious; its long aftertaste makes it a lasting pleasure.

It goes well with trimmed or fried fish.
