With its breathtaking location high up on Zummethöhe above the Moselle loop, Weingut Lörsch offers heavenly views of the Moselle Valley and the stark steep slopes of its own vineyards. Tasting note
Riesling vines planted in 1964 then selected by the current senior chef shape this elegant, dry Cabinet from the Trittenheim altar. It must be playful and juicy. A classic lightweight from the Moselle, lies fully trending. Finest minerals paired with fruity-yeasty spice.
Culinary recommendation
Goes very well with fish, e.g. steamed salmon fillet with a few shrimps and fine leek vegetables on small pellet potatoes. Also wonderful with a piece of fresh goat cheese and baguette.
