Tasting note
Leuchtendes rosé, fein und elegant in der Nase mit Duft von Rosen und Pfirsichen, frisch und unverwechselbar köstlich mit einem Nachgeschmack von Mandeln.
Culinary recommendation
Pleasant summer aperitif, excellent with fish, especially from the lake, grilled sardines and spaghetti with white fish, combined with poultry.
Vinification
Nach der Saignée Methode vinifiziert. Kontakt mit den Schalen ca. 16 Stunden.
